What three things do you do differently after your program at the East-West Center (SUSI / YSEALI)?

 1) To transfer the new experiences and experiences that have worked in the program to a large number of young people in Jordan through the implementation of a project suitable for the needs of the region in a new and different way and the work of sustainable projects that contribute to changing the culture of society
2) Activate the spirit of leadership in other youth and work a project to serve them in a new way by developing skills for a team that believes in the environment through leadership and expansion in the service of the community to resolve environmental issues in both schools and universities
3) I seek to think about positive change and dissemination of the concept of voluntary and environmental work and to create sustainable development of the project through the establishment of a non-profit organization concerned with recycling to support education in Jordan and the Arab world

What impact did the program have on your career?

The project has contributed to the development of leadership skills in a very large way. It has expanded the knowledge to find solutions that serve the Arab community. It has built a clear leadership personality and focused on finding realistic solutions at the global level. And start a sense of responsibility for the environment and youth activist start to believe in the role of truth and today I was able to become a leading youth and have a clear impact in the community by establishing a non-profit organization that aims to recycling for education in the Arab world and publishes the concepts of recycling in Jordan and others. We have won international awards in the field of environment and volunteerism and presented our project environment in more than 30 countries in the world and our selection as an Arab success story in addition to the real impact on the development of a new generation around the environment and recycling in the world

What issues are you most passionate about in your daily life?

Recycling is one of the most important challenges that I like to work in America. It is a challenge to not apply in the Arab world. Through my experience in this program I was able to develop a project that contributes to spreading the concept of recycling in a modern and close Climate change and water scarcity have created a non-profit foundation to integrate water, paper and leadership

How do you come to see leadership?

I believe that leadership is the key to success in every work. It is an opportunity to make a positive change in the service of society. It is a modern way to develop and build a true knowledge to solve many problems and issues.
